The headquarters of the Sky Blood Alliance is located next to the palace of Immortal City, resembling a gigantic ancient castle. The compound includes gardens, pavilions, and towers, with a footprint virtually identical to that of the palace itself.
As Basil Jaak approached the estate-like entrance of the Sky Blood Alliance, no one blocked his path. However, once he entered the castle-like building, guards questioned him.
He had assumed he would be looked down upon, as had happened outside the Crown Prince's residence. Yet, to his surprise, after he introduced himself, the guards became exceedingly welcoming.
One of them said, "Mr. Basil Jaak, are you here to register with the Sky Blood Alliance? Proceed straight ahead and then turn right after entering; there is a hall where you can register. Since you do not need to undergo an assessment, you can immediately inquire about the keys to your lodgings and gather necessary living supplies after registering."
