What exactly is Philancy's background?
Only someone who is more than an ordinary Legendary Arcanist would be able to wield a Nais Scroll.
Unintentionally, I have stumbled upon a gold mine beyond imagination.

Merely creating the first Nais Core and raising the first Floating City, Xinlernal, was enough to etch his name in the annals of Toril's civilization, never to be erased.
