Lucille's POV
I saw four people who seem to be entering the village. I was already tired, but I have to fight. But when those people turned around and sprinted towards me, I was scared at first. But as they draw closer, my feet suddenly turn to jelly.
As soon as Arnold catches me in his arms, I melt. I finally acknowledge how tired and painful my wounded feet are.
"We have to get inside. They're drawing closer!" I exclaimed. He grabs my waist and looks at me.
"Wrap your arms and legs around me, honey. We'll take care of them. Don't worry. You're safe now. You've done a great job..."
His baritone and soothing voice had calmed me. I finally realize how tired and scared I was. "I'll grab the sword," Prince Gregory says. He took the sword in my hands.
"I'll take the dagger," my husband utters. Then pass the gun to Kalix, but he refused.
"Big Sister, hold that for emergencies. We will take care of those nuts here. We shouldn't bring those troublemakers inside the village."
