Tarrah's POV
In the end, I didn't give everyone an answer they were hoping for yesterday. We are still in the village, the hometown of Devin.
I was hiding from them and found myself leaning on a tree from the hill at the west side of the village. "Do you mind, Your Highness?" a voice says.
I was startled, but when I turned around, it was Marquis Collin, says. He was the husband of the youngest princess of Moon Aires. "How come you knew I was here?"
He smiled and seated himself, keeping a distance between us. He was leaning on the other side of the tree. "We're sorry if you were put in a tight spot yesterday. Maybe we've gone too far," he says.
I shake my head and take a deep breath. "Not really. It's my fault anyway. I was sure that I wanted to dethrone my father and his new wife and stop them from all the bad things they're doing, but..."
