ISABELLA
My car pulled up with the Chauffeur who Lorenzo had sent to come pick me up.
I walked into the mansion, feeling exhausted and drained.
"Welcome back," Luncian, greeted me with a warm smile. "Would you like me to prepare a soup that would make you sober up?" I shook my head at this, I didn't drink much.
Just then my gaze met with Francesca who also looked up from her phone and smirked.
"Look who's back home." I glanced at her, but I didn't bother responding. I just didn't have the energy for her drama.
"Dinner's ready," Lucian said, but I shook my head again. "I'm not hungry," I replied, and made my way to my room.
"Dinner, how sure are you that she hadn't gone to sleep out and have dinner before coming by this time?" I exhaled sharply, controlling my anger with everything in me.
"Cat got your tongue," she let out again but I just climbed up the stairs walking out on her.
