'Interesting...' That is the only thought he could think.
It seemed that Supreme Angels were stuck at a level almost equivalent to Apex, which meant that Supreme Angels were almost as strong as Cedric himself.

Raguel knelt, her gaze peering into the ground as she spoke with reverence and zeal rivaling his own.
"I thank you for this honor, allmighty father! I have been called upon this world by your will, and by your will I exist." She stopped for a moment before continuing, "Impure will be judged as per the father's decree."
Her voice was powerful and strict, unlike Ariel's childish voice. Raguel was more akin to Power, but infinitely more powerful.
When she spoke, Cedric felt himself being filled with zeal.
'God had sent me one of the closest Angels... God is truly most kind and merciful.' He gazed into the sky.
He stared into the sky for a moment before remembering that the mighty Angel was left kneeling in the dirt.
He had to pray for forgiveness, but he waited for far too long.
He turned his gaze to Raguel before speaking loudly, "Rise, you need not kneel, Raguel."
She smiled before standing up, unlike other Angels, she looked a lot more mature.
She looked more mature than even Sophia.
'Her appearance might cause Aurelia's lust to flare...' He couldnt shake a feeling that her alluring appearance would make the princess go back into her old ways.
'No, she had earned the benefit of the doubt.' Cedric shook the thoughts out of his head as he gazed at Raguel.
She placed her hands behind her back as she approached Cedric.
"Father, What will you have me do. I am ready to judge those who are unworthy." She spoke coldly.
"Your assignment will be to protect this Kingdom. Until the war against demons start you will be assigned to help Queen Aurelia, Beware her sin of lust is powerful. Make sure to not tempt her." Cedric ordered coldly.
Raguel looked suprised for a moment before nodding, "Of course, Father, I will make sure she doesn't fall into temptation."
"Good, Until the time that your power is needed, you will act as her advisor. Am i correct to assume you are versed in rulership?"
Cedric looked at the woman; her whole stature screamed a ruler.
From the way she stood, to the very body language, and her gaze.
"That would be correct, Father." She responded plainly without emotion.
"Good, Aurelia, one that will be a symbol of one true faith is inexperienced and frankly is vulnerable to exploitation." Cedric stopped for a moment, letting his words sink into Raguel's mind,
Raguel nodded, letting Father continue his speech.
"She cannot be blamed, as it was due to her infidel family that she never gained the skill."
"I want you to stop it and teach her, Archangels are protecting her; however, even they are not versed in the art of rulership and are prone to act rashly."
"Father, if I may." She asked, her voice full of respect, and yet she did not cower before Cedric like others as would befit someone bearing class of Supreme Angel.
"Go on."
"If you wish to teach her about rulership, wouldn't Seraph,' The Ruler', be a better fit than me?"
Cedric looked at her with confusion, he understood what she was proposing. Seraph would most certainly be even greater than herself, and yet Cedric hesitated.
"I do not wish to summon Seraphim yet, you will be fine. Can I trust you?"
Raguel beamed with a warm smile, "Of course, Father! You may leave it to me. Thank you for such immense trust. I shall not fail."
Of course, Cedric trusted Raguel with his life, he trusted all his angels.
No, he trusted all God's Angels equally, no matter how they acted.
However, he felt that Raguel could be trusted even more, after all she was the 3rd closest to God.
She was a 'Throne'.
It would be sinful for a mere man like Cedric to think she was incapable.
"Let us go so that you may meet her."Cedric spoke casually before walking in front of her.
Raguel made a small bow before walking closely behind Cedric.
"Father I can sense my brothers and sisters that you have created before. Should I support them in any way?" She spoke curiously, her arms crossed.
"Their mission is complete, however, you may have a role once the war starts," Cedric spoke coldly.
"I understand, Father." She nodded.
They passed the gates without any issues and made their way towards the royal palace.
"I must say, their architecture is good... For those who lack faith in Father." Raguel spoke coldly.
'Does she mean God?' Cedric wondered. Why had Angels referred to him so highly, even placing him to a level above them? It was not like he was closer to God than a Throne.
"Tell me, Raguel. Why do you refer to me with such reverence?" Cedric asked, his tone carrying immense confusion.
"Hmm... Because you are allmighty creator." She spoke as if it were a most normal thing to say, which left Cedric speechless.
'Ah perhaps because God had assigned them to him, they considered him above themselves.' Cedric rationalized the statement in his mind, after all, Angels were God's creatures.
'God had put so much trust in me by granting me the privilege of commanding angels...' His mind sang with joy.
He would not question Raguel more, for God had already shown him that they would consider him as someone above them.
He could not allow himself to waste their loyalty.
He would not summon Seraphim, he would not use his blessing more than what was necessary to fulfill God's most holy mission.
