"We're almost there!" Iris yelled as the group continued blitzing forward with their speed pointing at the entrance to the next floor. Azuri pushed to the front quickly and looked back at the group.
"I'll be jumping ahead, stick to formation and follow my lead."
Dante's eyes widened as her mana began to push out like before, but this time it surrounded her. Her body quickly sprang upwards as she suddenly pushed herself through the air, leaving a flash of pink behind her.
"She's…actually flying…!" Dante thought as he looked forward and continued to run as hard as he could. Seeing the display of magic pumped him up more than ever as he yelled back to his teammates as he pulled ahead.
"C'mon guys! Let's up the pace!"
Iris and the others looked at one another and nodded as they followed his lead and followed his pace. The team had finally reached the doors as the walls began to fully open up to the first floor. The group was instantly met with smaller reptilian-like figures sprawled amongst the floor. Before noticing a pink light in the air, the group looked up to see Azuri standing above the crowd of kobolds with her arm lifted to the sky.
"What is she doing up there…?" Jarrett said as the monsters took a glance upward to see her. Suddenly, luminescent lights flashed around her before forming into the shape of arrows. As if she were creating them out of pure magic alone, surprising everyone but Nolan.
"Kobolds!? This early?" Iris yelled as her shocked expression waned after looking at the sheer amount of pink arrows formed in the sky.
