Chapter 117
Following the men, they finally found themselves standing before a smaller, narrower hallway lined with several doors—each one unmistakably leading to individual rooms.
The metallic silver hue coating the doors gave them a dull, almost lifeless look.
"Now, these are your rooms," one of the men announced, clapping his hands together. As he did, glowing inscriptions began to appear on each door.
When the inscriptions stopped forming, two names were visible on each door.
"The names you see are yours. The second name is your roommate. You're only allowed two per room. Note—there won't be any changes. If you don't like your roommate, deal with it," the man declared firmly.
"Since you're just joining, today will be your day off. Also—" the second man interjected, snapping his fingers.
A bubbly, holographic display shimmered into view before each of their eyes, startling many of the students. Some even yelped in surprise.
