Thalina barely had time to recover from the chaos before Tharion clapped a hand on her shoulder, his usual playful grin returning.
"Also, before we go, our city is holding a celebration in honor of the Ceremony. So, meet me outside—I'll take you." His tone was smooth, calm, almost too casual.
Zorath's expression immediately darkened. "He means meet us outside."
Tharion rolled his eyes. "You're so possessive."
Zorath didn't even flinch. "Yes."
Thalina groaned, rubbing her temples. "Do you two ever stop?"
"Not when it comes to you," Tharion admitted shamelessly.
Zorath crossed his arms. "Agreed."
Thalina sighed. "Fine. But if either of you start another mine-mine argument in public, I will leave you both there and find my own way back."
Tharion gasped, clutching his chest dramatically. "You wouldn't."
Zorath smirked. "She would."
Thalina pointed at them both. "Try me."
Then, with a determined nod, Thalina crossed her arms, waiting for them to move.
