Kai woke up early in the morning
"Alice is still sleeping I should check if the guild has made my card yet" Kai thinks
After going to the reception
Kai says
"Good morning."
The receptioninist says
"Oh good morning. Quite the early bird huh?"
Kai scratches his head and says
"Is my card ready yet?"
The receptionists hands him his wooden card with his name and other info carved

The receptionist told
"You can ask the woman to stamp this and if you show it to me after stamp I will give you the money"
Kai says
"What about teach?"
The receptionist laughs
"Let that geezer be. I will tell him"
Kai runs out of the guild
He wonders around the streets and finally reaches the place written on the quest
A old woman is standing there
"Hello Ma'am I am here for the quest" Kai says while bowing down
The old woman says
"Oh you are from the guild. I am changing homes but I have too many items to carry"
The old woman points toward a pile of boxes
Kai walks up to the boxes and picks them up 2 at a time
The old woman shows where to bring them
Kai spends almost 2 and a half of an hour helping the old woman
"Finally done...."Kai says while sighing
The old woman says
"why dont you join me for some tea? As a token of gratitude"
Kai shakes his head
"No No No I cant bother you"
Kai shows the quest paper to the old lady and she signs it
Kai gets up and says
"I shall take my leave now then" he bows down and leaves
After reaching the guild he goes to the receptionist
"I did the job" kai says while showing the quest paper
The receptionist takes the paper and gives Kai the 10 copper coins
"Congrats on doing your first mission"
After a while she adds
"Oh the teacher was looking for you"
Kai goes to the classroom
Teach says
"Well where in the world were ya lil peice of shi-"
Kai says
"I was doing a quest"
teach sighs and takes a book
The clock on the wall reaches 4:15 PM when teach was done
Kai leaves the classroom and finds Alice sitting around in the reception
"Where were you I thought you left me or something"
Kai apologizes
"I was learning from teach"
Alice sighs
"have you eaten yet?"
Kai nods his head
"Not yet..."
Alice says"Follow Me"
The receptionist stops them
"Ah wait. stray what rank is your blessing?"
kai says
"Gold rank why?"
The receptionist replies
"then you have to take the exam if u pass you will be promoted to C rank"
Alice says
"The exam is today right? Lets go eat then you can take the exam"
The receptionist says
"Yes its at 6PM dont be late"
Alice and kai leaves they arrive at a restaurant across the road
They enter and sit down at a table nearby
They order food and after a while the waiter appears with the food
"Enjoy your stay" the waiter says
Kai says
"Why did you get so much food?"
The table is filled to the brim with different types of food
Stew and Bread, Skewered meat and veggetables and some Apple pie slices
Alice said
"Just eat then you will get it"
Kai took one spoonfull of the stew
"This is so good. So much better than the wolf meat we had. This tastes like heaven, The broth has so much flavour and the meat is perfectly cooked"
Alice says
"I know right? Whenever I come here I always eat from here"
Kai picks up the skewer and takes a bite immediately the spices hit him
"This is also very delicious. Its very hot tho"
Alice dips some of the bread in her stew and eats it
"You should eat the bread with stew it tastes better that way" Alice says mumbling with food in her mouth
Kai then takes a bite of the apple pie
"This is very sweet, I can really taste the apple its also crispy on the outside and gooey in the inside"
Both of them greedily finish the rest of the food and get up
"Its already 5 30 you should go to the receptionist" Alice states
Kai asks
"How does the exam work anyway?"
Alice says
"You just spar with a tutor there and evaluate you"
She leans back on her chair and adds
"If you do good enough they will give you promotion, C rank is more common than you think you know"
Both of them leave for the guild
when they arrive the receptionist tells kai
"Your back?. Ready?"
Kai nods
The receptionist says
"Follow me"
They both go to the classroom area
