"Awh," Lily groaned, clutching her throbbing head.
Her gaze wandered around the unfamiliar room. The strong scent of medicine made her pinch her nose. She had a feeling she knew where this was. And for some reason, the smell made her want to throw up.
"Why am I here?"
"You're awake, Ly? Thank goodness you're okay."
Lily slowly turned her head toward the bathroom, where Eliza emerged with a soft smile.
"If you need anything, just say so, okay? Don't keep it all in."
"Why are you here, Liz? Isn't it office hours? Did you skip work?"
Eliza let out a small laugh and shook her head. "I told Mr. James I wasn't feeling well. Which is true—I've been under the weather and just picked up some medicine when I brought you here earlier."
"So?"
