A few weeks had passed since Drayk took command of Varnak, now renamed Nova Drakhal.
The city's former slum had been renovated and transformed into a new district, now home to the Drakhors. As part of the restructuring of local security, Drayk created a public security institution. Despite the still makeshift facilities, Kaelon was already training the first recruits of the newly-formed "Police", a name inspired by Assoi's memories.
The group "Lost Wings" was appointed by Drayk as responsible for Nova Drakhal's security, dividing the city into five districts—each member overseeing a specific sector.
Over time, Kaelon structured a full training system and inaugurated the first Police academy. Soon after, he delegated strategic functions and created an internal chain of command, ensuring the project's continuity and the city's steadily growing security.
