"Okay I've seen flowers fuck this one it shouldn't exist." (Anna)
Growing in front of Anna is a flower that looks like a rose, but the petals are more like flattened teeth, and the smell of rot emanates from its imitation of the false petals. While the leaves moved and curled from the breeze, they were shaped like human ears. Anna shuddered with disgust. Its flesh looks like skin and cuneus.
"So you're saying a nightmare flower gives you the creeps, but you enjoy dissecting animals bigger than yourself." (Greyson)
"You make it sound like it isn't necessary." (Anna)
Anna frowned but ignored the plant, its stem tilting, trying to move closer to her warmth, making her tremble with disgust.
"Still gross." (Kyle)
"You act like it wasn't someone's or something's job before all this." (Anna)
"I agree it is necessary, but seeing a young woman holding a knife, smiling in joy, covered in blood looks like a scene in a horror movie." (Justin)
"Oh, I didn't think of it that way." (Anna)
When they walked away, the light disrupted around everyone, making flames of fire light up around them like a spiderweb of flame before burning as the light engulfed them. As darkness beyond time and space shrouded everything. Once more, light returned to normal. Though standing in front of them was a door-like entrance to a cave. Its wide opening is like double doors made of stone.
"Holy shit that's a dungeon." (Mark)
Mark laughed with ecstatic excitement. Looking at the impossible becoming possible.
"You have to be kidding." (Anna)
Fifteen minutes, that is how long they all stood in front of the dungeon. Mark acted his age, an overly energetic teen who hadn't thought about consequences. Justin looked contemplative, as if he hadn't expected something like this to happen. Anna paced as if she were a child pumped up on sugar, while her expression was as if she had been given something rotten to eat. Kyle looked like he was going to faint from shock. Greyson had sat down, his leg bouncing like a rubber ball under his foot, making his leg move quickly.
"Do we want to go into the scary dungeon?" (Anna)
"Scary? How is this scary? This is awesome." (Mark)
Mark held out his arms as if he were showing a beautiful miracle. Although it looked just like a shadow of evil and beauty melded into the doors to the others. An ominous sign of the future to come.
"We could leave it be and wait till we all get classes." (Kyle)
"No, we can't. That might be a growth dungeon, so it would be dangerous to leave it alone." (Justin)
"We have no choice but to go in." (Greyson)
Our somber attitude was like a splash of cold water on Mark's playful attitude.
"Are we going to go on a dungeon run?" (Anna)
"Guys, think about it, we..." (Mark)
"Mark, think about it, this is reality, not a game. If we don't defeat the dungeon, it could take over Earth, but we have a real chance of dying if we try to go in there." (Justin)
Anna rubbed her face, groaning as she sat down next to Greyson.
"We're going to go into the dungeon." (Greyson)
His tone brooked no arguments.
"I had hoped we would be able to do a dungeon, but after we all got our classes, that way, we would have more access to abilities and experience as a team." (Anna)
Anna spoke softly, looking at Justin and Mark, who talked fervently. Greyson sighed, his eyes shrouded with stress.
"One of us or all of us will die in there, that will be unavoidable." (Greyson)
"Do not curse us." (Anna)
Anna said that playfully, but being a little superstitious, she knocked her hand on the tree's wood beside her. Greyson chuckled, shaking his head.
"You can't guarantee all of us will live." (Greyson)
"Dungeons can't always be like in the games." (Anna)
"I suppose you plan on having some tests done." (Greyson)
Anna pulled out a notebook and wrote down what they needed to do.
"First, we need to see if it is a one-way door. It doesn't make me happy, but we need to know the boundaries and rules of a dungeon. I just hope it's like a normal cave, enter and exit at any time." (Anna)
"How will we do it?" (Greyson)
"We need to send one of us inside. That will be Kyle, he has a stealth skill, so that he will enter, then we will wait five minutes. If he doesn't exist, we will enter after him. If he comes out, we will all go in together." (Anna)
