Over the next couple of days, the waters of the East Blue seemed to be relatively calm. No Marine ships could be seen as far as the eye could see, but that didn't mean they weren't in the area. The sky was blue, and the clouds were white and puffy. I leaned against the rail of the Going Merry, lost in my thoughts. It had been some time since I had seen my parents and my friends, whom I left behind when I began this journey with Luffy and the others.
Nami joined me on the deck. She noticed the look on my face and smiled. "You miss your parents and everyone else that you left behind."
I nodded. "Yeah. It's been 3 months. I don't even know if my parents are alive or not. It seems so strange that after everything we've been through together, I've come to think of you, Chopper, Sanji, Luffy, and Usopp as family."
Nami smiled. "The feeling is mutual all the way around. Have you and Zoro thought of a name for the baby yet?"
I shake my head. "Not yet. We still have time. I have a funny feeling that Zoro will have something up his sleeve. He normally does."
Nami laughed. "Sounds about right."
A few moments later, the boys joined us. They had been arguing about what Sanji should make. If it wasn't food then it was about something where the ship should land. Which to me, was just dumb because that was Nami's job as the navigator.
Luffy leaped up onto the sheep's head that gave the ship it's name and looked up at the sky. He smiled and closed his eyes. He knew that the rest of us had become very close in the short time that we'd been together.
Sanji was in the kitchen cooking something for myself and Nami. Having a cook on the ship had come in handy. A short while later, Sanji came out of the kitchen with milkshakes. He placed them on a small tray before presenting them to Nami and me. "Something cold for the ladies."
I giggled. "Thank you, Sanji. That's very sweet of you."
Zoro came over. "Is Sanji bothering you again?"
I shook my head. "No. He just made something cold to enjoy that's all." I lay my head on his shoulder. "Any ideas on what we should name our son?"
Zoro smiled. "Henry?"
"I love it. Henry, son of Zoro. It has a good ring to it." I felt him move inside me. "I think someone else approves of his name."
Chopper was inside the cabin, brushing up on his research on how to help expecting mothers. Although it wasn't something he normally dealt with, Kureha, it was a good idea that he took a look into it, just incase I went into labor in case we didn't make port in time. The small reindeer poked his head out the window. "Kat, can you come here?"
I looked up. "Yeah, I'm coming."
Zoro pulled me into him. "Where are you going, Momma?"
I giggle. "I have to see the doctor."
Zoro nodded before giving me a playful spank.
I squeal. "Hey now." I headed up to see Chopper. "What's up?"
Chopper handed me a small bottle. "I created some prenatal medicine for you. I don't know much about expectant mothers, so I brushed up on my research on what to do."
I nodded. "Thanks, Chopper. So, how often would you like me to take them?"
"Twice a day, please." The reindeer said. "It will help you going forward with your pregnancy."
I smiled. "Well, you are the doctor."
Chopper poured a glass of water so I could take one of the pills. "Here you go."
I took the glass and popped the pill into my mouth and through my head back so it would go down easier. I set the empty glass on the table before standing up. "Anything else that you need form me, doctor?" I winked at him.
Chopper laughed and couldn't help but blush. "Nope, that's all."
After seeing Chopper, I joined Zoro and the others back on the deck
