Victor rose to his feet, stunned. He shook off the small blow from the hilt of the knife. He stood there with blood dripping down his face. "Damn. That hurt. But I'm not surprised, given that you're a bounty hunter."
Zoro looked at him. "You should have stayed down, Victor if you know what's good for you. I might be a bounty hunter, but I'm also someone who protects the women he loves from people who would harm her."
Luffy stood next to Zoro. "Zoro, this guy isn't worth our time. We need to return to the ship to make sure that Kat and Henry are safe."
Zoro nodded. "Right. Let's go." He followed Luffy to head back towards the Going Merry when Victor once again tried going after Zoro.
"Coward! If you're a real man, fight me!"
Zoro groaned. "I guess we don't have much of a choice, Luffy. This guy just won't give up."
Luffy nodded, and his face went quiet. He said nothing, knowing that he wasn't interested in fighting a group of kids. This gang of kids wasn't a waste of his or Zoro's time. He placed his hat on his head.
Within a few seconds, Zoro and Luffy had defeated Victor's group of supposed New Order. The boys then returned to the ship. Once they arrived, Zoro went to check in with Chopper.
Chopper looked up when he saw Zoro enter the room. "Zoro, you're hurt."
Zoro looked at him. "I'm fine, Chopper. How's Pretty Kitty and Henry?"
The reindeer smiled. "They're both doing good. I recommend that she stay on bed rest for a while until she gives birth. Anymore fighting it might cause her to go into early labor, causing Henry to be born early."
Zoro nodded. "I'll stay with her then if that's the case."
Chopper nodded. "I'll have Sanji make her something to eat if she's hungry."
Zoro took my hand. "Victor has been taken care of, Pretty Kitty. There's no need to worry. Luffy and I took him down without much of a fight." He stood up to go join Luffy and the others on deck.
I grabbed his hand. "Stay."
Zoro smiled. "You're awake. I'm here. Chopper wants you on bed rest until our son arrives. Are you hungry?"
I shook my head. "No. I just want to be alone with you for a while."
Zoro nodded, sitting on the bed next to me while playing with my hair. "Nothing is gonna take me away from you or Henry. I know everyone thinks the same."
I smiled. "I know."
