Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: Looting timelines ll.

Noah stepped out of the time machine and observed the Naruto Shippuden timeline. This was an era of chaos, with the Fourth Great Ninja War looming on the horizon, but he had a more specific target: Hiruko.

Hiruko was a rogue ninja from Konoha who had developed the Chimera Technique, a forbidden jutsu that allowed him to absorb the powers of other shinobi. In the original timeline, this man had been defeated before achieving his goal, but Noah had other plans.

He found him hidden in a cave, still gathering power for his transformation. Noah appeared without warning, and before Hiruko could react, he trapped him with a special seal that blocked his chakra.

"Listen carefully, Hiruko," Noah said, watching him coldly.

"I know who you are and what you're trying to do. You're going to teach me the Chimera Technique and hand over the blood of the shinobi you've captured, or I'll make you wish you were dead."

Hiruko tried to resist, but Noah wasn't someone who could be bargained with. He used a combination of genjutsu, magical torture, and threats until Hiruko had no choice but to explain every detail of the jutsu.

Then, Hiruko led him to a vault where he had imprisoned the shinobi he intended to use for his Chimera Technique.

A shinobi with Steel Release, one with Dark Release, one with Storm Release, and another with Speed Release.

The last individual Hiruko wanted to capture was Kakashi Hatake, though he would ultimately fail.

Noah took blood samples from all of them before leaving the place and returning to his hideout, using the machine to continue his travels.

He reappeared in the forest, hidden among the trees. It was the time of the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, just when the Konoha recovery squad was chasing the Sound Four. But this time, things would be different.

He waited for the right moment, and when the Sound Four split up to face the Konoha shinobi, Noah attacked.

Jirōbō was the first to fall. Noah emerged from the ground with Earth Style: Hiding Like a Mole Technique and took him by surprise with Wood Style: Great Forest Technique, piercing the ground with thick wooden branches that grabbed him and slammed him against a tree, knocking him unconscious.

Kidōmaru, who was attacking from a distance, launched his golden webs, but Noah reacted quickly with Water Style: Water Dragon Technique, cutting through the threads before countering with Wood Style: Root Prison. The branches wrapped around Kidōmaru, immobilizing him before he could activate his cursed seal.

Tayuya tried to use her flute to trap him in a genjutsu, but Noah struck the ground with Earth Style: Earth Spears, launching rock spikes toward her. She leapt to dodge them, but at that moment, Noah extended his arm and used Wood Style: Wood Wall to surround her with a prison, knocking her out.

Sakon and Ukon attempted to fuse with Noah's body, but before they could, he summoned Wood Style: Great Buddha Hands. A massive wooden arm erupted from the ground and slammed them against a rock, leaving them unconscious.

Taking advantage of the situation, Noah extracted blood and tissue samples from Sakon and Ukon before gathering the Sound Four in one place.

Noah approached Jirōbō's motionless body and activated a cursed seal he had prepared in advance. The Sound ninja's eyes went dull as his will was suppressed.

"Take me to Orochimaru's hideout," Noah ordered.

Without resistance, Jirōbō began to walk, guiding him to the secret lair.

Upon arrival, Kimimaro was already waiting.

"You're not part of the recovery squad… Who are you?" he asked coldly.

Noah didn't reply. He had no interest in explaining himself. Instead, he slammed both hands to the ground.

"Wood Style: Nativity of a Sea of Trees."

The ground trembled as trees burst from nowhere, transforming the hideout's entrance into a dense jungle. Kimimaro moved quickly, dodging the branches, and counterattacked with Tessenka no Mai: Clematis Dance: Vine, extending his bones into sharp whips.

Noah raised a stone wall with Earth Style: Earth Wall to block the attack, but Kimimaro broke through with ease. At that moment, Noah used Water Style: Water Severing Wave, firing a high-pressure blade of water that forced Kimimaro to retreat.

But Kimimaro didn't stop. He activated the second stage of the cursed seal, his skin darkening and his bones becoming even more resilient. Noah had to change tactics.

He extended his arm and used Wood Style: Wood Dragon. A massive wooden dragon burst from the ground and lunged at Kimimaro, wrapping him in a body of living roots. Kimimaro tried to break free, but the dragon absorbed his chakra, weakening him rapidly.

Finally, Noah hardened his expression and cast Doton: Swamp of the Underworld. The ground beneath Kimimaro's feet turned to mud, trapping him up to his chest. With not enough energy left to fight, his body weakened further due to his illness.

"You're hopeless," Noah murmured before knocking him out with a wood-enhanced blow.

Then he extracted some of his blood.

Noah entered Orochimaru's hideout with firm steps. Inside, the Sannin rested on his makeshift throne, still weakened after his battle with Hiruzen. Kabuto was nowhere to be seen, which made things easier.

Orochimaru narrowed his eyes upon seeing him.

"You're not one of mine… Who are you?"

Noah didn't answer. He raised his hand and activated the same jutsu he had used on Voldemort. A spectral glow shot toward Orochimaru, but just before it reached him, the Sannin reacted.

"Tch, interesting…" Orochimaru commented with a sinister smile before vanishing into a swirl of snakes.

The snakes attacked Noah, forcing him to retreat. Orochimaru reappeared behind him and launched a barrage of poisoned kunai. Noah blocked some with a wooden wall, but a superficial cut on his arm told him he had made a mistake.

"If I don't end this quickly, I'll be at a disadvantage."

Orochimaru grinned maliciously.

"Whatever you tried to do… it seems like a very dangerous jutsu. But you'll need more than that to catch me."

Noah knew he was right. The Sannin had too much experience and wouldn't fall for such a simple trap. He needed something to destabilize him enough to make him lose focus, even for just a moment.

He smiled slightly and, with a quick motion, removed his mask.

Orochimaru's eyes widened in surprise.

"What…?"

For the first time in their exchange, his tone changed, revealing a hint of confusion.

That moment of hesitation was all Noah needed.

With a swift hand gesture, he reactivated the spell. Before Orochimaru could react, the spectral glow enveloped him.

"Ugh…!"

The Sannin tried to resist, but his body was still weak. He was forced into a genjutsu where he had to relive his memories as they were ripped from his mind and absorbed by Noah.

When the process ended, Orochimaru collapsed to his knees, gasping for air.

Noah smiled faintly as he put the mask back on.

Before leaving, he took some of Jugo's cells—the subordinate of Orochimaru who could access an unstable Sage Mode thanks to his Kekkei Genkai.

It was thanks to Jugo that Orochimaru had managed to create his infamous cursed seals.

"Thanks for the intel and genetic material, Sensei."

Without giving him time to recover, he vanished in a whirlwind of leaves, leaving the Sannin alone in the darkness of his lair.

Without wasting time, he traveled several months into the past.

Noah appeared on the bridge of Nami no Kuni in the middle of the battle between Team 7 and Gato's mercenaries. He didn't bother hiding his presence or interfering too much; he simply walked calmly toward the scene of the fight.

Haku was inside his Demonic Ice Mirrors jutsu, hurling ice needles at Naruto and Sasuke. Meanwhile, Kakashi and Zabuza fought at close range. Everyone was too focused on the battle to notice a strange newcomer.

Without hesitation, Noah walked straight to the ice dome. He extended his hand and placed it on one of the crystalline mirrors.

"You're not the only one who can manipulate water."

With a snap of his fingers, he activated Mokuton: Root Prison. From the surface of the bridge, wooden branches burst forth and slid rapidly inside Haku's jutsu. Before the boy could react, the roots grabbed his arm, immobilizing him for a moment.

Haku tried to break free, but Noah had already gotten what he wanted. A small wooden thorn extracted a blood sample and retracted quickly before Zabuza or the Konoha ninja noticed anything.

Noah smiled and stepped back, letting the battle continue as if he had never been there.

"That's all I needed."

He activated his Magic Door and disappeared, leaving the clash behind without altering its outcome in the slightest.

Amid a battlefield full of blood and corpses, Noah remained hidden among the trees, observing a scene. In front of him, Obito stared in horror at Rin's corpse, pierced by Kakashi's Chidori. The desperation on his face was unmistakable.

It was the perfect moment.

Obito's eyes began to change, his Mangekyō Sharingan awakening with an overwhelming surge of chakra. Just as the space around him started to distort, Noah snapped his fingers.

"Claustra Spatium."

An invisible barrier expanded in all directions. The magical technique blocked any space-time manipulation, ensuring that Kamui couldn't activate. Obito, still consumed by rage, had no chance to react when Noah appeared in front of him in a flash.

A single blow, reinforced with Mokuton, struck the back of his neck. Obito collapsed to the ground, unconscious before his body could even respond.

Noah wasted no time. With precision, he extracted the newly awakened Mangekyō Sharingan from Obito's eye and took a sample of his blood.

"One down."

He turned to Kakashi, who was kneeling, in shock over what had just happened to Rin. Blinded by guilt and exhaustion, he didn't even notice Noah's presence until it was too late.

"Good night, Kakashi."

With a precise strike to the base of his neck, Kakashi fell unconscious too. Noah leaned over him and carefully extracted the other Mangekyō Sharingan.

He looked at the two eyes in his hand with a smile.

"The eyes of Kamui… now they're mine."

Leaving no trace of his presence, he vanished in a swirl of leaves, taking the Uchiha's eyes with him.
