Let's dive into Episode 24: Breaking Point — the
It started with a whisper — then a giggle — then full-blown laughter across the classroom.
I didn't know why at first. But then I saw it.
Someone had printed a fake exam script with my name on it — answers scribbled all wrong, marked with giant red Xs. At the bottom, it read in bold ink: "Rich kids, zero brains."
I stood still, staring at it, my ears buzzing with heat. My hands clenched into fists.
Tope turned toward me, alarmed. "Hey… don't—"
But it was too late.
I slammed my desk. "Who did this?!"
Silence.
Some students looked away. Others smiled slyly. The rest watched like they were waiting for the drama to unfold.
"I said, WHO DID THIS?!"
A voice from the back said, "Maybe they're just being honest."
Laughter followed.
I stormed out of the class.
Down the hallway.
Past the lockers.
Out into the open field.
I didn't stop until I reached the back of the school building, where no one could see me. My chest felt tight, my throat hot. And then, like a dam breaking, the tears came.
I had tried.
I had changed.
I had listened.
But this… this was too much.
I sat on the ground, back against the wall, burying my face in my hands. For a moment, I didn't want to go back. Not to class. Not to anyone.
Then, I heard footsteps. Soft. Familiar.
It was Tope.
She didn't say anything. Just sat beside me. Close enough to feel her presence, but far enough to give me space.
After a while, I spoke.
"I hate this place."
She was quiet for a moment, then said, "Maybe. But you're not here to be liked. You're here to grow. Even storms pass. And when they do, the sky clears."
I looked at her. "I'm tired of fighting."
She looked back. "Then stop fighting… and start standing."
I didn't understand it fully. But her words planted something in me — like a seed. Quiet, but strong.
That day, I realized: breaking doesn't mean it's over.
Sometimes, it means you're just getting started.
