"It is the same with a healer, yes?" She wanted to make sure if her understanding was right.
"Yep." Coda was the one who answered.
"Forgive me for interrupting. But I couldn't help overhearing your conversation. If a doctor can truly help me… then perhaps it is wise. I must admit, I fear I may be going mad myself." She bit her lip inwardly. Not wanting to show vulnerability, she was willing to get help just to make her situation better. To understand and make sense of all the confusion. She wanted to feel… normal. Not like an airhead in her surroundings.
Kael and Coda exchanged looks. Coda's humor from earlier was entirely gone. They groaned in unison.
"Fantastic." Coda uttered, rubbing his temples. "Now, she's starting to think she's crazy too, when she was the root of all of this." Kael shot him a glare, but he ignored it. "This madness is contagious."
