After giving orders to the heroes, Arthur turned his attention to another critical task.
He headed towards his lord house and called for joseph, the head of administration department.
Moments later, the door to the lord's residence opened, and Joseph entered with composed elegance, bowing respectfully.
"I greet the ruler of this land," he said with quiet dignity.
Arthur blinked, slightly caught off guard by the formal greeting. "You've gotten more ceremonial lately."
Joseph offered a subtle smile. "With how swiftly our territory is expanding, I felt it was appropriate."
Arthur chuckled briefly, then adopted a more serious tone. "Joseph, I have an urgent task for you. A global event will begin in less than five minutes and will last for an entire week."
He proceeded to explain the event in detail—the bloom of the Emberveil Flowers, the three types of magical stones, and their respective Event Point values.
"I want you to inform the people immediately. Make sure they understand the value of this opportunity. They may gather stones within or near the territory—no need to endanger themselves. Also…" Arthur's gaze sharpened, "devise a reward system to motivate participation."
Just as Joseph was about to respond, Arthur added, "And what of the currency I asked you to develop?"
Joseph's expression brightened. He stepped forward and retrieved a small leather pouch from his satchel. "Yes, my lord. The Starblade Coinage System is fully operational."
He opened the pouch and carefully laid a few gleaming coins on the table before Arthur.
"Our standard currency is the Starblade Coin—crafted from an alloy of silver and enchanted iron sourced from the ridge nearby. One side bears the emblem of our territory—a sword piercing through a star. The reverse is ringed with arcane runes, symbolizing fate and unity."
Arthur picked up a coin and examined it. The craftsmanship was superb—elegant, refined, and symbolic.
"How many have been minted so far?" he asked.
"As of this morning, 3,200 coins," Joseph replied smoothly. "With current manpower and equipment, we can produce up to 600 coins daily. That number can be scaled if required."
Arthur nodded in approval. "Good. Use this currency for the event rewards. Let them know this is a limited-time offer—and that these coins will hold real value in future trade, auctions, and internal exchanges."
Then, Arthur's eyes gleamed with ambition. "But one type of coin won't be enough. I want two additional, higher-tier coins—one made of pure gold, and another forged from a rare mixture of black iron and gold. Both minerals are scarce and will represent elite value. Leave it, i will tell John personally.
Joseph bowed once more. "Understood. I shall begin work on them immediately."
---
Joseph made his way to the heart of the territory—the residential district. Life thrived here. Citizens tended to gardens, merchants set up stalls, children played freely in the courtyards. It was hard to believe this vibrant community had risen in just one week.
Upon reaching the central square, Joseph stepped onto the announcement platform and activated a sound-amplifying crystal.
"ALL CITIZENS OF STARBLADE TERRITORY—GATHER AND HEAR LORD ARTHUR ANNOUNCEMENT!"
His voice echoed with authority, causing everyone nearby to pause and look in his direction. Men and women stopped their work, children ran to join their families, and the crowd quickly formed around him.
As the Head of the Administration Department and one of Arthur's most trusted men, Joseph was well-respected. His presence brought both comfort and certainty. Behind it all, the mythical trait Fate's Favor subtly continued to strengthen bonds among the people—enhancing loyalty, easing conflict, and forging unity.
Despite being from different corners of the world, and despite being strangers just days ago, the people had formed a cohesive, peaceful community. Many had lived in fear before—fear of monsters, bandits, warlords, or worse. But here in Starblade Territory, they had found peace. They had found belonging.
Joseph stood tall and began his announcement:
"A great opportunity has arrived—The Bloom of Emberveil. For the next seven days, magical Emberveil Flowers will blossom across the land. Within them are stones of extraordinary value—resources our territory needs to grow stronger."
He unrolled a scroll and read aloud:

"Stone gathering may be done within the safety of our lands and near our borders. No one is required to risk their life. However, those who wish to venture farther may do so at their own discretion."
He held a single Starblade Coin high.
"These coins will become the official currency of our territory. They will be essential for trade, auctions, and accessing rare items in the future. Earn them early. Use them wisely."
Excitement buzzed through the gathered citizens. Hope lit their eyes. Children whispered about Emberveil Flowers while adults exchanged determined looks.
Joseph finished with unwavering conviction:
"Stand with Starblade. Support your territory. And together—we shall rise."
The square burst into cheers, and Joseph descended the platform as the crowd dispersed, already speaking of plans and gathering groups.
The Bloom of Emberveil had begun.
And Starblade Territory would seize its destiny.

While there is still time for the event. Arthur Opened the Personal chat in the system and send message to Arora.
Arthur- "Are you there, have you prepared yourself for this event.
Almost immediately the reply came.
Arora- yes Arthur, i am prepared.
Arthur- Make sure to grab the platinum rank hybrid troops front the rewards, it will also increase your growth and help you in the future.
Arora- yes yes, i know. Stop treating me like a child. I have already made up my mind to exchange for the top troops. I am confident enough that I will perform better then you.
Arthur- we will see about that. Let me give you a hint, this event is tailored suit for me. I will be the ultimate winner of this event.
Arora- overconfidence, hmph. We will see about that.
Arthur- sigh, ok good luck.
Arora- good luck to you toooooo.
After closing the chat with Arora, Arthur's expression turned sharp again. There was still time before the event began—but not much. Without wasting another moment, he made his way toward the northern section of Starblade Territory.
This part of the territory had rapidly developed into an industrial zone—housing the Equipment Department, a specialized division responsible for weapons, armor, and crucially, coin production. It was a place where the rhythmic clang of hammers never stopped, and the heat of forge fires danced like a second sun. It housed dozens of blacksmiths, metal artisans, and rune engravers—all working with fierce dedication under one roof.
The Equipment Department was divided into three main branches:
- Weapons Division – Responsible for standard and enchanted weaponry used by soldiers.
- Armor Division – Crafted protective gear tailored to the tiers and ranks of the territory's forces.
- Forging & Minting Division – A newer section focused entirely on the creation of tools, infrastructure-grade parts, and most recently—territory currency.
Arthur entered the largest forge hall where sparks flew and molten metal shimmered with heat. The air was thick with the scent of iron and burning coal.
At the back, he spotted John, the veteran blacksmith in charge of the equipment department. Sweat clung to the man's brow, but his hands moved with practiced precision as he inspected a fresh batch of Starblade Coins.
"John," Arthur called, walking toward him. "Got a moment?"
John looked up, wiping his hands on his thick apron. "Always for you, my lord. Just finished a fresh batch—want to take a look?"
Arthur gave a nod but cut straight to business.
"You've done excellent work with the Starblade Coins. But I'm introducing two more types, starting today."
John raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued.
Arthur continued, "The standard silver coin will stay. But I want you to begin forging a Gold-Coin—made entirely of refined gold ore. And above that, a Blackstar Coin, forged using a rare alloy of Black Iron and Gold Essence."
John's eyes gleamed at the challenge. "Black Iron and Gold Essence, huh? That'll be tough to work with—but doable. I'll need more gold and black iron. My lord ."
"You'll have what you need," Arthur assured him. "The designs will stay the same—sword through a star on one side, runic border on the other. But add a faint engraving inside the rune circle for each tier. One for silver, two for gold, three for Blackstar."
He said while opening his inventory and removing 50000 gold and black iron on the floor. "Use these, if this runs out then come to me."
"Understood."
"Also," Arthur added, his tone now firm, "I need the coin production rate increased to 20,000 coins per day. The event begins soon, and we'll be using this currency for all rewards."
John let out a low whistle. "That's too much."
"I know. I'll assign you additional manpower from then hire them. Prioritize efficiency. Split the forge shifts around the clock if you must."
John nodded slowly, the weight of responsibility settling on his shoulders—yet he didn't falter. "Then I'd better get back to it. We'll make it happen, my lord. You'll have your coins."
Arthur gave him a single nod of approval before turning back toward the entrance.
The sound of hammers resumed behind him, louder than before. The fires of the forge roared higher. Starblade's economy was about to be put to the test—and it would rise to the challenge.
