Allana narrowed her eyes, then stepped back into her dorm with a nonchalant attitude.
Aiden had gotten the items he needed, he and the woman beside him walked back to the Silk class student dorm.
"If you have any more business like that, try to do it in the afternoon before six. It will be difficult for you to get approval to leave the dormitory after six in the evening," explained the woman, walking side by side with Aiden.
"I understand. Thank you for helping me, Ms..."
"You can call me Instructor Kanna," Kanna replied, smiling at Aiden's face.
Aiden had clearly seen Kanna when, earlier this afternoon, she had been in the line of early instructors introduced by Albert. However, Aiden only learned her name now.
Kanna explained that she was in the Acolyte stage. To become an Instructor like her, students graduating from the magic academy had to complete several academy missions to be promoted as instructors.
Not only that, they can also take another path if they are unwilling to do academy missions, namely the Valthoria Magic Institute.
The Valthoria Institute of Magic was the highest magical research and education institution after the royal academy. Because of its prestigious status, not everyone can enter.
However, if they manage to join, their future will be guaranteed, whether they become High Instructors, Head Instructors, Elders, Great Elders, to the Head of the Academy and Royal Master.
There were many paths that a mage could take, they were free to take what kind of a path they wanted to take, including Aiden.
Soon, Aiden and Kanna arrived at Fire Fountain Hill. There, Albert was already fast asleep in his rest, only a few second and third year Silk class students were still awake —patrol duty.
"I will report to High Instructor Albert in the morning that you are back before midnight," Kanna replied.
"I thank you once again, Instructor Kanna. Without your help, it would have been difficult for me to meet her," Aiden explained.
"Of course it doesn't matter, you're a Silk class student, that means you're one of us," Kanna declared.
After enough conversation, she stepped away to return to her dorm. Aiden did the same, none of the first-year Silk students stayed up that late.
Aiden opened the door to his room and entered after locking it again. He pulled back the curtains and left his room dark and unlit.
At once, Aiden took off the beast dimension ring and let ten Aquamarine gems float in front of him, as well as ten Topaz gems.
The two types of gems emitted significantly different colors, the Aquamarine gems emitting a bright blue color while the Topaz gems emitted a white ash color.
Immediately, Aiden sent the gems flying into the Dimensional Beast's ring. Aiden tried to shift his soul consciousness so that he could enter the beast dimension.
Sure enough! When Aiden opened his eyes, he saw a place like an ice palace with Aurora asleep on an ice throne.
Aiden took slow steps forward, but the ice dragon's ears were highly sensitive and the slightest sound of Aiden's footsteps woke Aurora up.
"Aiden?" asked Aurora.
Aiden smiled. He handed the 20 gems forward and continued to float around in the sky. Aurora looked at the gems, though they weren't ice gems, but Aurora liked them.
"Thank you, Aiden," Aurora said, flying around the 20 gems and slowly starting to absorb the energy from the gems into Aurora's forehead.
"I can't find the pure ice gem, I'll give it to you as soon as I get it," Aiden replied.
"That's not important for now," the ice dragon replied.
"Focus on improving your magic ability and level so that the two magics can synchronize well. That way, you won't have to supply me with these gems," Aurora stated, finishing absorbing the energy of the 20 magic gems.
Aiden realized that raising his level was crucial due to Aurora's needs. He couldn't continue to let Aurora stay in the beast dimension ring, there was time for Aurora to fuse with Aiden's body.
"I'll do my best," Aiden replied.
"I'll help and protect you. You just have to try hard, Aiden."
"I got it."

The next day.
Fire Fountain Hill.
All the first-year Silk students lined up in front of their dormitories, facing towards the front where Albert and the 10 early instructors stood facing them.
"Today, you will be divided into small groups for intensive training with one of the early instructors behind me. Each group will consist of three to four people," Albert replied.
One by one, they were called in turn and walked to their starting instructors. Aiden was called to group 7 with another student, a woman and a man.
To Aiden's surprise, the early instructor who would train Group 7 was Kanna, the woman who met and helped Aiden last night. Kanna smiled and waved, welcoming Aiden.
Helen was in a different group than Aiden, she was in Group 10 with four members, and their instructor was a man.
"Alright. That is your early instructor assignment, you will start practicing magic today," Albert said.
The two people in the same group as Aiden were noble businessmen. Their behavior wasn't too bad compared to Ronald and the others, but they still felt uncomfortable training with a commoner like Aiden.
"Hello, I'm Kanna. I'll be training you," the woman greeted, waving her hand.
"Today, I'm not going to teach you any kind of magic. Today, I'm going to tell you some things you need to know," Kanna replied.
Group 7 seemed to obey what Kanna said. The woman took them on a tour of the Fire Fountain Hill area while explaining the function of each place, from the hot waterfall to the peak of the hill that was filled with powerful fire magic energy.
"Since the magic energy in the hot waterfall is quite strong, you can use it to enhance your body and magic abilities. If you are close to the waterfall, you will gain +5% MP regen depending on your dominant element," Kanna replied.
"If your elements are fire and water, then the MP regen percentage increases to 10-15%."
"But don't stay too long near the waterfall, the excess magic energy will make your head dizzy, nauseous, and worst of all, faint," Kanna explained.
Aiden and his two group mates nodded. They stepped around and returned to their previous place, but Aiden stopped when he saw a sign forbidding entry to the top of the hill.
"Why is there a ban on climbing to the top of the hill?" Aiden asked.
Kanna turned to him and explained why they had forbidden anyone from climbing to the top of the hill.
"The energy there is strong and rough, not suitable for mages to meditate on. That's why the academy forbids Silk students from going there," Kanna replied.
"What can we do there exactly?" Aiden asked.
"A lot of things. Like restoring the body for those fire mages, then increasing magic attributes by 25% for a few hours, to increasing the percentage of speed for two-magic synchronization," Kanna replied.
Aiden gasped and reflexively turned his head to the side when he heard what the place was for, "Speeding up the two-magic synchronization?"
"That's right! That's only useful for those who have reached the Adept stage and already have a beast or spirit. For us, two-magic synchronization is impossible," Kanna replied.
"What's the percentage of speed?" Aiden asked.
"About 30-45% of the initial speed. Why?" asked Kanna, curious.
'This is good.I can use the top of the hill to increase the speed of my two-magic synchronization with Aurora,' Aiden replied.
'I'll have to find out more information about the hilltop before I decide to go there,' said Aiden.
"Aiden?" asked Kanna, looking at the young man's face.
Aiden smiled and shook his head, then turned around and explained his reason for asking.
"I'm a commoner, I only recently heard about the two magic synchronization, so I've been asking a lot of questions about it," Aiden replied.
"True, it's too early for you to know about the two-magic synchronization," Kanna retorted, again inviting the others to go elsewhere, "Now, I'll show you where we'll practice next."
'Just wait, Aurora! In a moment, I will complete the two-magic synchronization.'
