A frown formed on Elena's face as she heard his voice…one that would surely hunt her for long nights to come. "What?" She uttered rudely as she turned to face him. "Are you planning to cut off my wrist with that knife on the table since the cuffs failed?" She added, eyes blazing furry. She clenched her fist by her side feeling so much anger and hate as she recalled the torture she felt yesterday all because he wanted to have fun.
"SIT. ELENA. NOW. I will not repeat myself." Xavier uttered calmly, but the threat at the edge of his voice was very loud.
Elena's brow tightened as the frown grew deeper. She hated him. Yes, she hated him. Hated how he just waltzed into her life and ruined the tone of her love story with Killian…even though that had already crashed earlier. But Xavier was just so annoying. And it pained her that she didn't know what was going through his mind.
