The Gunfire sounded from outside.
Making Zydus cautious. He was okay alone but now he had Lalith with her, his first priority.
He looked at her Lalith to calm her down before going outside.
His eyebrow raised at her calm demeanour. She was looking like, just about to go outside. When he grabbed her hands, looking at his emotionless face she realised the situation. A sudden innocence replaced her serious look.
As if it was just a deception of eyes.
"What was that sound Mr Zydus? Let's go take a look outside." She said innocently.
"Nothing, wait for me in the car." Zydus got out of the car after giving her a deep look. With the his secretary following him.
Lalith who was left alone in the car finally sighed in relief.
"That was close. I might have got caught today." She patted her chest while looking outside. "What are they doing here? Firing openly and that too in front of him." Yes she clearly knew that the sound was of latest gun, she released last month.
The designer was herself so how can she not recognise it. She tried to remember if she sold the design to any of her enemy.
"Would…..would they be.."
Lalith who was all aware of Zydus's power and influence now worried about the people outside. Suddenly a thought crossed her mind and she jolted on the seat.
" they are here for me?" Telling herself she started searching for her phone. She found her phone on her purse , but the phone was out of the battery so, she decided to go outside to see the situation.
Zydus who got out of the care looked the people standing before him all dressed in purple. Raising his eyesbrows he looked deeply at car's number plate. Then at the man who just fired the shots on the air.
"The people from the Sanver." The secretary whispered in Zydus's ear from behind while maintaining a proper distance.
The members of Sanver group always wears purple formals as it their dress code. Although it just came into light three years ago but it's influence and resources were unmatchable to many group. Rumours are saying that a couple is a leader of this group. Sanver group now taken place in top five groups this year.
With an emotionless face Zydus looked at the man with the gun waiting for him to speak. The man who was looking arrogant before, now seeing the face of Zydus , he was speechless and shocked.
'How come it's his car? no wonder they let me come.' He thought to herself 'what should I do now should I confront him?'
The man looked at his comrades then looked ahead as if looking at the yama, he shivered at the coldness that the man in front giving.
Suddenly a click sounded and beautiful women wearing a light purple gown got of the car. All the eyes turned towards her.
Zydus heard the sound and his aura reached a new height of coldness making all the people present , stick to their places. Making them unable to move just by looking.
Lalith who also felt the sudden drop in temperature looked at Zydus, while slowly walking to him. Men in purple finally saw the lady and their eyes brightened.
" I told you too wait for me." Zydus turned his head to look at her beside him. Thus he failed to see to the brightness in the people's eyes.
"I was afraid alone." She replied coquettishly and grabbed his palm. Then looked at his eyes with a little fear.
Zydus who felt the soft touch on his hands stiffnened and looked at her deep black eyes. Finally finding a chance she gestured okay with her fingers to the man in purple at front. This too without moving her arm so that Zydus didn't see.
Finally the man in purple looked relaxed but only for few seconds because Zydus suddenly looked at him with double coldness he showed before.
Gesturing his secretary something he took her palm then turned to the car. Reaching the car he first let her get in before getting in himself. Before getting in he looked at the people with a warning gaze.
Sitting inside the car Zydus looked at Lalith with strange gaze making her uncomfortable at the point that she feels like sitting on the needles. Thanks to the secretary who came knocking at the window that she finally relaxed.
"They said it was mistake." He voice sounded from outside the window.
"Hmmmmm, let's go." Zydus clearly not convinced with the reason looked stern and cold ordered.
The atmosphere in the car was in minus because of his coldness and everyone including the secretary felt it.
The secretary Luthur felt lucky because of partition in the car he wouldn't have to see the face of world's coldest man. He thought.
Lalith and Zydus didn't talk for the whole ride after the incident, thinking about it.
Reaching at the villa , Lalith who was busy thinking of ideas to avoid the wedding night didn't know that she was walking in the tiger's den. That she couldn't get rid of.
Zydus held her hands again took her inside the villa.
