The newly freed Pikachu looked around cautiously and directed his gaze towards the humans in front of him.
He became more cautious when he saw the human who had caught him , then directed his gaze to the human in front of him as he approached him.
Usually, the first thing Pikachu would do was shock this person to express his anger at his current situation , but he hesitated as he looked at him.
For some reason he couldn't shock this human , he felt that if he wanted to attack this human it would have to be a normal shock that wouldn't affect him.

Dr. Oak was so shocked by how easily Ash tamed Pikachu that he thought the two had met before, but he immediately denied the idea, remembering Ash's circumstances.
"You seem to have a talent for being a Pokemon trainer huh."
Dr. Oak said with a relieved smile.
Ash laughed awkwardly and said, "Haha, I think Pikachu likes me for a reason."
Dr. Oak nodded in agreement and said: "This is a good thing. The most important thing to be a trainer is a great relationship between you and your Pokemon."
Dr. Oak took six Pokéballs and a Pokédex and gave them to Ash and said:
"This machine is a Poke-Dex. Although it is rare, it is the result of my research after years. It has just been released and I gave this Poke-Dex to the three trainers before you. When you point the machine at a Pokemon, it will tell you all the information about it and even its skills and the movements of its eggs. Well, try it on Pikachu to understand."

"Well, it looks like it's time for you to go on your adventure, I want to remind you of something essential that you should do. It would be great if you recorded all of the Poke Dex's information in Kanto to help me with my research." Dr. Oak said seriously.
Ash nodded in understanding with Pikachu looking at Pockedex with many doubts.
"Okay, let's go on our adventure Pikachu!" Ash said excitedly as he left the lab.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu smiled excitedly as well.
Dr. Oak looked at Ash with a relieved smile and thought: "It seems you have found your own way, Satoshi."

When Ash left the institute, he was surprised that his mother did not show up, but he decided to ignore his doubts and return home to prepare his belongings.
"Pika..?" Pikachu asked him in confusion and wonder.
Ash looked at him and showed a helpless look and said, "It seems we have traveled through time again."
"Pika…pi?!" He asked him with surprise and fatigue.

"Mom, I'm back!" Ash announced his arrival.
Delia looked at her son, then turned her gaze to Pikachu, smiled tenderly, and thought: "It's been years since I've seen him this excited."
"Welcome back Satoshi, I have packed all your belongings in the bag and these are your travel clothes."
Ash remembered that he was still wearing his pajamas.
It was a good thing that Dr. Oak was careful not to remind him.
He immediately grabbed his clothes and quickly went into his room to change, leaving Pikachu and his mother together.
Delia looked at Pikachu with a little surprise but decided not to think about it.

Ash put on the hat and said to himself, "Well it looks like my journey has begun again."
He took his travel bag, then put it on his back and headed towards his mother.
Delia looked at Ash with a smile and a little pride and also some surprise, but she hid it well.
"Okay mom, I'll go."
Ash said to his mother, with Pikachu climbing up to his shoulders, waving at Delia as well.
Delia smiled and said, "Don't forget to call me when you get to the Pokemon Center."
Ash nodded in confirmation and said, "Don't worry, I will."
"Okay! I'm going mom ! " Ash left his house saying goodbye to his mother.
"Take care of yourself…" Delia showed a happy smile with a touch of sadness.
She watched until her son disappeared from her sight and thought: "You are growing up so fast..."
A phone call interrupted Delia's thoughts as she turned to the phone to answer: "This is Ketchum's house. Who's with me?"
The picture gradually showed a child who looked like ten years old with a hat that looked like Ash's and indifferent red eyes.
