Yuto Clears His Name
Yuto, Kaido, and Mei stood before the principal's desk.
The old man adjusted his glasses, looking at the documents Mei had provided.
He sighed. "The evidence is clear. Yuto, your suspension is officially withdrawn."
Yuto let out a shaky breath of relief.
The principal turned to the girl who had falsely accused him.
"Do you have anything to say for yourself?"
The girl lowered her head, silent.
The principal's voice was stern. "You should be expelled for this."
Yuto stepped forward.
"Please… don't expel her."
The room fell silent.
Kaido and Mei looked at him in shock.
Even the principal seemed surprised. "Are you sure, Yuto?"
Yuto nodded. "She was used by someone. I don't think she did this on her own."
The principal studied Yuto for a long moment.
Then, he sighed. "Very well. Instead of expulsion, she will be suspended for three months."
Yuto bowed deeply. "Thank you, sir."
The girl's eyes widened in disbelief.
She looked at Yuto, her lips trembling.
But she said nothing as she left the room.
Kaido Wants Revenge
As they stepped outside, Kaido crossed his arms. "You're too kind, Yuto."
Mei smiled softly. "That's just how he is."
Kaido huffed. "Well, Reina is the real problem now. I think it's time we teach her a lesson."
Yuto shook his head. "No. It's not necessary."
Kaido's eyes narrowed. "After everything she did to you?!"
Yuto looked up at the sky, deep in thought.
"Reina is already losing everything. People aren't afraid of her anymore. The more she struggles, the weaker she becomes."
Mei nodded. "I agree. We don't need revenge."
Kaido sighed, rubbing his temples. "Fine, fine… I'll let it go."
Then—
A boy ran toward them, panting heavily.
One of Reina's followers.
"Yuto! Please, you have to help! Reina is in trouble!"
Kaido scoffed. "Nice try. Do you really think we'd fall for one of Reina's tricks?"
The boy shook his head violently. "No! This isn't a lie! It's Joe! He… he kidnapped Reina!"
Yuto's eyes widened.
Kaido clicked his tongue. "Tch. Like I'd believe that."
But Yuto stepped forward. "We should help her."
Kaido groaned. "Seriously?!"
Mei sighed. "I guess we can't ignore it… Let's go."
The Investigation Begins
They went to Joe's house first.
The place was a mess, but something caught Mei's sharp eyes.
A farming tool leaned against the wall.
Mei's eyes narrowed.
"Everyone, follow me!"
Kaido frowned. "What? Why?"
Mei pointed at the tool. "This is from an old farm. And I know exactly where it came from."
Yuto's heart pounded. "Where?"
Mei turned to them, determined.
"There's an abandoned warehouse near the city's old farmland. It's secluded, easy to access, and completely empty at night. If Joe wanted to hide Reina, that's the perfect place."
Kaido whistled. "Damn, Mei. You'd make a great detective."
Yuto nodded. "Then let's go. Fast."
They rushed toward the abandoned warehouse… not knowing what awaited them inside.
The Plan Falls Apart
Mei held up her hand. "Wait. We need to think before we—"
But Reina's followers didn't listen.
Before she could stop them, they rushed inside the warehouse.
Inside, Reina sat in the center of the room, wrapped in ropes, tied to a chair.
Her face was bruised, her hair disheveled.
But what made everyone freeze—
Were the men surrounding her.
Huge, muscular thugs, their expressions cold and unforgiving.
One of Reina's followers shouted and tried to charge forward—
Only to be punched to the ground instantly.
The others hesitated. They weren't fighters.
And now, they were trapped.
Yuto Jumps In
Just then, Yuto ran inside.
"Reina!"
Ignoring everything, he rushed toward her, his hands fumbling with the ropes.
Before he could finish untying her—
A man grabbed him by the collar.
And threw him to the ground.
Yuto coughed, pain shooting through his back.
Reina, still tied up, watched in shock.
"Why did you even come, you duffer?"
Before Yuto could answer—
A loud metallic click echoed through the warehouse.
Everyone froze.
The Arrival of the Guards
A group of men in black tuxedos, holding guns, stepped into the warehouse.
At the front of them—
Mei.
Her eyes were calm but sharp as she pointed to the muscular thugs. "Drop everything. Now."
The warehouse fell silent.
One of the thugs sneered. "And who the hell are you?"
A voice answered instead.
"They're my father's men."
Reina, now untied, stood up.
One of the tuxedo guards handed her a phone.
She pressed it to her ear. "Dad! What took you so long?!"
A deep laugh echoed through the speaker.
"Calm down, princess. Come back home. Your mother is worried."
Click.
The call ended.
Reina sighed in frustration. "That bastard."
Then, she turned to Yuto.
Her eyes narrowed.
"I won't say thank you, so don't expect anything."
She flipped her hair and walked toward the waiting car.
The guards escorted her inside.
Within seconds—
She was gone.
Yuto stood in silence.
And Mei?
She just watched her leave, an unreadable expression in her eyes.
