Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Mito Uzumaki

Kawaki watched Tsunade's swaying figure, his gaze following until she disappeared from his sight.

"Come to your senses."

"Come on, snap out of it, my Aniki."

Nawaki patted Kawaki on the arm, thinking what the point was of staring when his sister was out of sight.

Could there be some hidden charm about his sister that he hadn't noticed? Nawaki's little head was filled with big question marks.

"Ahem."

A tactical cough

"I was just thinking about my lost dreams."

"Let me teach you something useful."

Kawaki was telling a blatant lie, trying to change the subject as he started instructing Nawaki.

"Hey, my Aniki, what're you gonna teach me?"

Nawaki was extremely excited, as if he could be as powerful as Kawaki tomorrow after learning.

"Stand up straight, squat halfway, and stretch out your hands."

Kawaki took off the eight - sided Han sword on his back and adjusted Nawaki's non - standard horse stance by patting him.

He placed the eight - sided Han sword on Nawaki's arms.

"What is this?"

"Is it useful?"

Nawaki felt like he'd been totally ripped off. What the heck was this? Could squatting really make him stronger?

"Take a deep breath."

"Exhale."

Kawaki gave breathing instructions.

"Hold this for two hours."

This was something Kawaki had experienced himself. Actually, since most people in the world of Hokage had good physiques and various kinds of energy, the effect of practicing the horse stance was greatly enhanced.

It could not only exercise the leg muscles but also promote cell activity and speed up the conversion of Chakra.

"Remember to convert Chakra and try to use water - attribute Chakra to relieve muscle fatigue."

Nawaki had no choice but to follow the instructions if he wanted to get stronger. He wouldn't have listened to Kawaki if he hadn't recognized him as his big brother. It definitely wasn't because he was eyeing that eight - sided Han sword. Definitely not.

With a swift flash, Kawaki dashed onto a nearby tree, taking out a men's magazine. There really wasn't anyone with a better figure than Tsunade.

Nawaki followed Kawaki's instructions, adjusting his breathing, maintaining his balance, and converting Chakra.

When his legs started to feel slightly sore, he began to mobilize Chakra to relieve the pain. At first, he couldn't control such a delicate operation and almost fell due to leg spasms.

After groping around for a while, he found it actually worked wonders. He was converting Chakra faster than before.

Sure enough, Aniki Kawaki was amazing. He'd taught him such a great training method on their first meeting. Nawaki would definitely help him chase his sister.

One big and one small, one on the tree and one in the field, they didn't interfere with each other.

About two hours passed. Kawaki took a nap on the tree. After all, someone who had seen so many magazines couldn't be interested in just one for too long.

Sweat dripped from Nawaki's forehead, wetting the ground beside him and forming a small puddle.

"Time to eat, Kawaki - kun."

Tsunade, being a Sensor, could sense Kawaki in the tree even though she couldn't see him.

Nawaki stayed squatting in place. He had no idea how long he'd been squatting. As long as Kawaki didn't say to stop, he'd keep going.

What a pity it would be if such a good talent was wasted. Kawaki climbed down from the tree, went to Nawaki, took off the sword on his back, and handed it to him.

"Like it? Here, play with it. I'll make one for you and send it over later."

Nawaki was as happy as if he'd gotten his favorite toy. Holding the sword in his hand, he was overjoyed.

He definitely would have played around with it for a while longer if it weren't for it being mealtime.

"Aniki, this sword looks so sharp."

Nawaki struggled to pull out the sword. It was still too long for him as his arm span wasn't enough.

He examined the eight - edged blade on the sword body and could vaguely feel the icy aura. This was a killing sword that had drunk a lot of blood.

"Of course, this is the most successful work of our Hatake Weapon Shop."

"No one in the whole Konoha can forge it except our Hatake Weapon Shop."

Kawaki Hatake was very proud of the weapon workshop he had built with his own hands. After all, this was his only profitable business.

"Then Aniki, do you have a lot of money?"

Nawaki's small eyes were almost shining with stars. He had decided that this brother - in - law was a good one. God knows how much money his sister had lost.

If it weren't for the grandmother still around, the mansion would probably be gone sooner or later.

"Not that much. I'm just ranked in the top three in Konoha."

Kawaki waved his hand nonchalantly and pretended to be modest.

"Wow..."

Before Nawaki could praise, Tsunade had already grown impatient.

"Nawaki, I'm calling you to have dinner. Can't you hear?"

"Come here quickly."

Sure enough, her attitude towards her younger brother was different. How overbearing it is!

Kawaki felt like he was bewitched. Should he think it over more carefully?

Before he could figure it out, he was pulled by Nawaki towards Tsunade.

"Come on, Kawaki - kun. I've prepared some good sake."

Tsunade's gentle and amiable attitude made Kawaki unable to tell which side of her was the real one.

"Okay. Just call me Kawaki from now on, Tsunade - chan."

Kawaki was once again smitten by her beauty and blurted out.

Only people in close relationships would use the " - chan" suffix. They had only known each other for less than two days. It was a bit abrupt no matter how you looked at it.

"Okay, Kawaki - kun."

Tsunade blushed slightly and adapted to the new address without being too shy.

"I'm hungry."

Nawaki, being oblivious, spoiled the wonderful atmosphere and rushed ahead with the sword in his hand.

Tsunade and Kawaki looked at each other and smiled. Then they followed behind towards the dining room.

The Senju clan has a profound heritage. Their dining room is very imposing, at least far better than the Hatake family's at present.

When they arrived at the dining room, they saw an elderly yet youthful - looking woman with a red hair bun sitting in the main seat, and there was also a little girl with the same red hair beside her.

Kawaki already had a hunch, and it matched the timeline.

Nawaki walked over, called out "Grandma" and then took his seat, putting the sword beside him.

This sword, without a doubt, caught the girl's attention. It was a sword she had never seen before.

"Kushina, this is my Aniki's sword. It's really cool."

Nawaki was at an active and lively age. Seeing Kushina's eyes fixed on the sword, he couldn't help showing off.

"How cool is it?"

Kushina was ostracized at school because of her red hair. However, she got along well with Nawaki, probably due to their family ties.

...

Tsunade led Kawaki over to take their seats and greeted the grandmother.

"Lady Mito, it's my first time meeting you. I'm Kawaki Hatake. Please take care of me."

Kawaki bowed respectfully. The closer he got, the more he could feel an evil Chakra.

Although Mito Uzumaki concealed it well, she still couldn't escape Kawaki's keen Sensor.

"Kawaki-kun, no need for such formalities. Tsunade has already told me. Take a seat," Mito Uzumaki said with a smile, reaching out her hand to guide Kawaki to sit beside Tsunade. She didn't sense the slightest bit of malice from this young man.

Everyone took their seats, and the servants began to serve the wine and dishes.

Familiar seafood sashimi, appetizers for the wine, and sushi were all placed on the table one by one.

Tsunade poured a glass of wine for Kawaki. Grandma surprisingly asked for a glass too. Finally, she filled her own glass.

With Mito Uzumaki's permission, Nawaki and Kushina have already started pigging out.
