Early morning, the birds chirp.
Vivian finished washing up early and quietly came downstairs. She wanted to go to the kitchen to find something to drink but unexpectedly ran into Dora's second brother in the dining room.
The master of this estate.
"Good morning, Mr. Sam."
Vivian awkwardly greeted him, stumbling over her explanation, "I am a bit thirsty... I didn't expect you to be here."
Sam held a coffee cup, smiled gently, signaling he didn't mind.
"Miss Vivian can ring the bell, and the servants will directly bring tea over. There's no need to make a special trip."
He stood leaning against the table, his long legs crossed, appearing very relaxed. Vivian only glanced at him and quickly lowered her gaze, quietly thanking him.
Sam called the butler, said a few words, and asked her, "What would you like to drink?"
"Ah... water, warm water is fine..."
Vivian replied haphazardly, "It's really no trouble; I can pour it myself."
