POV: Aarav
She wasn't talking much.
She wasn't fighting.
Not throwing sarcastic jabs or teasing him about his coffee obsession.
And somehow…
That silence hurt more than anything she could've yelled.
> Aarav (thinking):
You used to look at me like I was your favorite chaos.
Now you look at me like I'm a stranger with your secrets.

Flashback — Aarav's memory, 4 years ago
The first time he messaged her as Unknown, she had replied two weeks late.
> 📱 "Who are you?"
He stared at the screen for five minutes before replying:
📱 "Someone who once promised to come back."
He never imagined she'd become his home again — first on screen, then in person.
He just didn't know how to tell her that the boy she waited for…
...was also the man she lived with now.

POV: Present — Aarav, in his office
The blinds were half-drawn. His tie hung loose around his neck. A cup of coffee had gone cold an hour ago.
His assistant knocked.
> "Sir, the security footage from yesterday's data breach—"
Aarav (curt): "I'll handle it."
Assistant: "And… Miss Bunny. Do you want me to—"
Aarav (softly): "No. Don't touch her. Ever."
His jaw clenched.
> Aarav (thinking):
I've already lied to her once by staying quiet.
I won't lose her by letting anyone else hurt her.

Later — Chat with Bunny
📱 Aarav (Unknown): Still mad?
📱 Bunny: No.
📱 Aarav: That's worse.
📱 Bunny: Why didn't you tell me, Aarav?
📱 Aarav: Because I wanted you to love me before you knew who I became.
