"It's unlikely."
The God of Shura shook his head, his expression grave. "When I first detected the anomaly in this world, I attempted to use the God Realm Core's power to dispel the disturbance and reclaim control over this dimension."
"And?"
The God of Evil asked, not questioning whether it failed since the blurred projection of Douluo Continent was evidence enough but rather, why it had failed.
"The force that suddenly appeared in Douluo Continent is far too strange! Even when I pushed the God Realm Core to its limits, I couldn't pierce through the disturbance or uncover even the slightest trace of its source. It was as if this anomaly never existed at all."
Shura's expression darkened. "I suspect this power comes from beyond the Star Domain from the unknown cosmos outside our control."
"The outer cosmos?!"
The other four God Kings immediately tensed.
Though they were called God Kings, they were nothing like the omnipotent beings in fantasy tales, who could create and destroy entire universes at will.
No their dominion was limited to a single galactic region.
Beyond this cosmic province, their influence meant nothing.
Thus, the mention of a foreign force from beyond their jurisdiction immediately alarmed them.
"Shura," said the God of Kindness, "you summoned us here, so you must have a plan. Don't keep us in suspense speak."
The other three nodded in agreement.
"The power I can access alone isn't enough to manipulate the God Realm Core fully," Shura admitted. "That's why I propose that we, the five God Kings, unite our strength to unleash the full might of the Core to uncover and eliminate whatever is interfering with Douluo Continent."
The God Realm Core was the heart of the divine realm. It absorbed and regulated faith energy from subordinate worlds, ensuring the realm's continued existence.
Only the five supreme gods had the authority to wield its power.
Individually, a God King could only tap into a fraction of the Core's might. But together, they could unleash its full potential.
After a brief silence, the four gods exchanged glances.
Though the God Realm Core's energy was essential, this anomaly an external force from beyond their domain was too great a threat to ignore.
Every fear stems from the unknown.
As long as this mystery remained unresolved, the God Realm itself was at risk.
If sacrificing a single mortal world could protect the entire divine order, then it was a small price to pay.
With their decision made, the Five God Kings closed their eyes.

The full power of the God Realm was unleashed, crashing down toward Douluo Continent like an unstoppable tidal wave.
If unleashed unchecked, this force could shatter the planet itself.

Even if their response was delayed, they would have at least dispatched envoys to investigate.

Not a single divine emissary had appeared.
That was unnatural.
Ye Cheng suddenly realized the truth
When the Live Spoiler System descended, it must have instinctively blocked the God Realm's ability to monitor Douluo Continent.
For years, the gods had been completely blind to this world.

They had finally noticed.
Their desperate attack was nothing more than an attempt to reclaim control.
Ye Cheng exhaled slowly.

His gaze turned sharp.
"Well then… what will you do next, oh mighty God Kings?"
He smirked.
Whatever their plan was
They had already lost the first battle.
