Tashia had already told her what happened, and Vivianne was also surprised that Sharlene could see events from the past and present. Another thing that surprised her was that her grandmother did this back then; she just sighed.
Vivianne doesn't want to get involved in the mess because each of them is facing their problems. She is here now, with Tashia at the hospital, while Sharlene takes a break. Vivianne is glad that the accident victim will receive assistance from the school where Sharlene works.
That's better; it still helps alleviate their needs. She thought to herself.
Ashley is still under observation. Her life is no longer in danger, but she is still in a coma until now. The doctor promised to update them on any progress, particularly in relation to the blood clot in her head.
"Tash, go to sleep first." That's all, Vivianne said to her sister, who was quietly reading her lesson.
Tashia looked at her. "You have work tomorrow, right? Besides, my schedule tomorrow isn't that early; I still have time to rest. That's all Vivianne heard from her sister.
Vivianne just sighed.
"Are you afraid of what you'll see in your dream?" she asked Tashia directly.
So, Tashia just stared and didn't immediately respond; she was deep in thought. It just sighed.
"I'm worried about Ashley; something might happen to her soul while her body is still fighting." That's all she heard from Tashia.
"Let's not think about that for now; it will only add to our problems." That was her only response.
The night is getting deeper. Vivianne looked at her watch; it was almost midnight.
"I'll just take a quick nap, Tashia. You too, go to sleep; call me if you need anything." Vivianne quickly lay down on a small bed there, covered herself with a blanket, immediately felt comfort, and that made it simple for her to fall asleep.
Vivianne hears someone walking back and forth in the path ahead. She wanted to ignore it, but she was irritated by the sound, so she tossed aside her blanket.
She frowned when she was out of the hospital.
No, please don't. I would rather not see anyone right now; I'm tired. Vivianne thought to herself, so she took the blanket and covered herself again, closing her eyes.
Vivianne hoped that when she opened her eyes, she would be back in the hospital. Vivianne kept her eyes closed for a few minutes, no longer hearing the footsteps.
Maybe I'm already in the hospital. She could only say it in her mind.
So, she immediately opened her eyes, but she was disappointed because she was still not in the hospital.
This situation won't leave me alone. She just sighed, so Vivianne got up.
She's in a room now; she doesn't know whose house this is. Vivianne turned the doorknob and went down the stairs; the surroundings were quiet, and there was no one there.
She scanned her surroundings; the place was really unfamiliar to her, and she saw pictures she didn't recognize.
Vivianne hears a conversation in a room. She peeked in; she estimated that there were meetings happening. She entered slowly, unnoticed, so she stood at the side, watching the people with their backs to her.
There were two women and one man present.
"Fredrick, aren't you being hasty in your decision?" Vivianne heard a woman talking.
"He's messing with us, Angely." That was all the man said to a woman.
A woman turned around; back then, she was surprised by what she saw.
Grandma Felicia? She wondered in her mind.
"Did you kill the woman who was causing trouble for you?" Vivianne heard Felicia ask.
The two hesitated to answer but just nodded at the question.
Vivianne knows that Felicia uses her ability to make a profit; for her, that ability only brought disaster to her life before.
"I spoke with Leah Martinez; you need to go to jail, Fredrick Manuel Santiago. There, she will find peace and forgive you; also, return the wealth you took from her, because it is for those in need."
Vivianne's eyebrows met at what she was hearing then; she couldn't understand what was happening.
Who is Leah Martinez? She couldn't help but wonder.
"W---Wait, d---don't finish your sentence, Felicia," the man named Manuel looked at her grandmother fearfully.
"What did Leah give you in exchange?" Angely asked.
She sees her grandma smile with a meaningful look. "I'll just think practically, because I have someone to support; I need a large amount of money for my luxuries too." That's all she heard from Felicia, she said.
The Rosario family was not wealthy; she was still a child back then, and she did not understand how the world worked. When her parents had not yet separated, they were suddenly shocked by their grandmother's sudden rise, and there, she distributed her wealth and money. Because of greed and avarice, this also became the crack in their family.
Vivianne saw his grandmother smile strangely.
"We can talk about that." It was evident from her lips that she was planning something.
Vivianne's surroundings changed, and she was no longer at home. She saw a woman in the distance back then.
"You will pay, you will pay." The woman murmured softly.
"Felicia, I trusted you and gave everything to help me with my simple request; all I wanted was justice." Vivianne hears the woman's angry words.
"I will wait for you; I won't allow you to be happy here. I will wait for you here." Vivianne saw a meaningful smile from the woman she noticed.
A mourning outfit took the place of the white dress. It can be easily amusing.
The hair on Vivianne's body stood erect at that moment. She turned to Vivianne and smiled at her.
Vivianne recalled that this was the woman who attended Felicia's wake and followed Martin and Sheila.
Vivianne had some possible speculations.
Is she Leah Martinez? Vivianne wondered in her mind back then.
Vivianne suddenly opened her eyes when something shook her. Tashia suddenly appeared in front of her, surprised to see her.
"Are you okay?" Tashia just asked her.
Vivianne just closed her eyes and shook her head. She got up from where she had fallen asleep. She noticed the dawn. Vivianne looked at the time; she needed to get ready so she could arrive early at her workplace.
It remains unclear about the events and their connection. She thinks deeply.
Is Grandma related to Leah Martinez? She just asked and wondered.
"Vivianne." Someone called her.
"Sis Sharlene, why are you early today?" Vivianne asked Sharlene.
Sharlene just shook her head, noticing that the ring was missing from her finger.
"Did something happen to you, sis?" Vivianne asked.
"Ah, I just went back to Grandma Felicia's old house; my husband kicked me out." She chuckled softly.
Her eyebrows shot up.
That person has some nerve. She could only say it in her mind.
"Sis, just go home for now." That's all she heard from Tashia.
