When they learned that a woman had attacked Sheila's house, they were shocked.
"Deserve." Vivianne could only raise an eyebrow, having seen its condition last night; it indeed had many wounds, some of them deep.
"Maybe there was a woman who was really angry with her; that's why she stormed into their house." Vivianne could only say that back then.
"Vivianne, don't." That's all she heard from Sharlene, so she kept quiet, lest she say something more to that woman.
Vivianne didn't say anything anymore and just sat quietly.
"I need to check the bill first." She heard Sharlene say those words as she stood up to leave the room.
She sighed.
"Don't waste your time there anymore."
Sharlene just turned away from her and frowned.
"We have paid the pending bill and received an advance of one hundred thousand for the child." Vivianne said back then.
Sharlene got curious after Vivianne said,.
"W—Who paid?" Sharlene asked her curiously.
"Who else? Your wonderful husband." She looked at Sharlene intently, but Sharlene was confused by what Vivianne was saying now.
"I guess there's still some conscience left for the child." She added back then.
Suddenly, someone knocked on their ward that day, so she immediately opened the door to see who was knocking. Her face immediately appeared, and she smiled because she knew this was also Sheila's lover, one of her lawyers.
"What are you doing here?" Sharlene simply asked the person in front of her.
"The police just want to ask about what happened to Sheila Atienza." This is an explanation for them.
Vivianne's companion raised an eyebrow and furrowed her brow even more as she processed what the man was saying now.
"What do you mean?" Sharlene asked a direct question. "Are you accusing me of what happened to Sheila today?" Sharlene asked, and Vivianne knows she's annoyed.
"We have identified you as our primary suspect, ma'am, due to your presence near the victim." The police officer further explained it to them.
"Are you idiots?" Vivianne couldn't help but ask, and her eyebrows suddenly arched.
"I can testify that she wasn't at that woman's house." Vivianne addressed the people in front of her.
"Please, don't be biased. You left the hospital yesterday, didn't you? We understand your situation, Mrs. Francisco; you can defend yourself." Suddenly, they handcuffed Sharlene.
Sharlene didn't fight back. "Don't worry, Vivianne, I'll be back here right away because my conscience is clear." She said to her.
"Please watch over Ashley for a while." She asks Sharlene to assist her.
She quietly went with the police, and she couldn't believe what had happened.
No matter how much she provoked Sharlene, Vivianne knew in her mind that she wouldn't do that. She would endure as long as she could, but she couldn't bring herself to hurt anyone.
Vivianne looked at Ashley, who was sleeping then.
I need to do something. Vivianne thought to herself.
Suddenly, a memory flashed in her mind: a woman holding a broken mirror; she couldn't see her face because she was turned away from her, grinning while looking at something.
Sheila's face abruptly materialized, merging with the woman's body, shocking Vivianne and causing her to hurt herself.
She gasped at the event. Her temples suddenly throbbed, and it hurt, so she held her forehead and started massaging it.
I clarified that Sharlene was not at fault. She thought to herself. Vivianne has a hunch about who did this to Sheila; if it wasn't Leah, then Leah did it.
She was shocked when she unexpectedly found herself in a new location. She looked around. She didn't know where she was. There was a woman with her back turned to her; she seemed to be crying at a grave; she approached the woman there.
My child. It was wailing; tears flowed uncontrollably.
Why did you leave, Mommy, just as I was about to see you after so long? Tears were falling on a grave.
Vivianne looked at it; there was no name on it, it was just covered with dirt, and there was a cross, but it was made of wood.
Suddenly, the surroundings changed again; she was inside a mansion. She couldn't explain why it felt so familiar to her. She didn't know where she had seen it before.
There are two people arguing. Vivianne was suddenly shocked when she heard someone slap the woman in front of her; it was painful that she couldn't immediately speak while a woman held her injured cheek.
We're done! We're done, Leah! I don't love you! That's what she heard from a man who slapped the woman.
I can still forgive you; I can still forgive you and Angely. You made me drink an abortion pill! You dragged the innocent child into this. What am I lacking, Manuel? Where did I fall short? Vivianne can feel the bitterness and pain in the woman's voice. The woman she saw is just holding back tears.
The man did not answer; the man pulled her long hair and suddenly punched her, knocking Leah unconscious.
The group transported it to a remote location. They found Angely surrounded by people and placed Leah, completely defenseless, in a coffin.
Angely, let's talk to Leah first. That's what she heard from Manuel; Vivianne saw on the man's face that he was feeling guilty.
She just rolled her eyes at Manuel. Here we go again, Manuel. We need to do this to secure Leah's wealth for ourselves, right? We're already here; if we back down now, they'll go after us. Angely whispered her explanation to the man.
Sit back and watch, Manuel. Angely only says to Manuel.
Go on, drop that coffin. Is the grave you dug deep enough? I want it to be so deep that Leah can't climb out again. Angely also said to the men.
That's deep, ma'am. The man answered Angely's question.
Okay, just drop that. Angely ordered it for the men.
Leah's coffin immediately dropped into the deep hole. Vivianne hears Leah's pleas; she hears every sob as she begs the people who buried her alive.
After they buried her, they quickly covered Leah's grave with soil. The people who buried Leah had already left, leaving her alone.
You will pay; you will pay. Vivianne hears Leah's restless soul.
You will pay! Leah shouted so loudly that only she could hear it. Its soul almost went wild, its fingers full of wounds, desperately digging and trying to save itself.
Vivianne silently observed Leah's soul, which was also gazing at the nearby grave.
Have I seen this place before? She was still deep in thought, questioning herself.
Someone is shaking her shoulder.
"----sis, sis Vivianne!" Tashia untagged her.
She was startled to see her sister; she just closed her eyes and didn't speak about what she was seeing now.
