Dear Diary,
This is it. The moment where everything changes.
Malik told me to prepare myself. He told me I wasn't ready for the truth, but I'm starting to think that the truth is the one thing I need most.
I met Malik after school again. We walked through the park in silence, the air heavy with the weight of what was to come. I was bracing myself for whatever new challenge was ahead — the next step in remembering who I truly was.
"Are you sure about this?" Malik asked me, his voice surprisingly soft. "Once you begin, there's no going back. Are you ready to face your past?"
I nodded without hesitation, though my heart was pounding. I knew I had to do this. There was no turning back now.
Malik stopped in front of an ancient oak tree — the one near the fountain. "This is where it begins," he said, stepping aside.
I looked at the tree, feeling a pull in my chest. There was something about it — a magnetic energy I couldn't explain. I reached out and touched the bark, and instantly, the ground beneath my feet trembled.
A voice, deep and resonant, echoed in my mind.
"Only those who dare claim their birthright shall awaken the power within."
Suddenly, my fingers began to glow, and I felt a rush of magic flood through me. I gasped, the energy coursing through my veins like fire. Memories — flashes of ancient battles, royal courtrooms, and long-lost allies — exploded in my mind. I felt the weight of the crown, the responsibility of the throne, and the fear of losing it all.
The tree before me began to shift, its bark splitting, revealing a hidden door.
I turned to Malik, my voice trembling. "What's inside?"
He looked at me, his eyes filled with a mix of pride and concern. "It's your trial. You must prove yourself worthy of the power that lies within. Only then can you truly awaken as the queen you are meant to be."
