Chapter 1 - Kaitenjima island

In the Cold seas of the east blue, a pirate jolly Roger is seen coming put if a thick fog. As the fog began to lift, the outline of the pirate ship, the "Crimson Wave," emerged, its sails billowing with a fierce wind. The Jolly Roger fluttered proudly at the mast, a black flag adorned with a grinning skull and crossed bones, a grim reminder of the dangers that lurked in these waters.

Onboard, Captain Elara Stormrider stood at the helm, her piercing blue eyes scanning the horizon. The crew, a motley assortment of adventurers and rogues, bustled about, readying the ship for the day's exploits. Elara had heard whispers of a powerful man who arrived at Kaitenjima Island. Her main objective was a battle with this man. She was a pirate proud of her strength, she belived that no man in the east blue could stop her.

"Captain, we're almost there. Kaitenjima Island should be an hour from here."

"That's good. Now, I need to see this man and just how strong he is."

"And if he is as strong as the rumors say?"

"Than we kill him. It's bad enough that Monkey D Luffy is from the east blue, and his a powerhouse. But since his not here, I run these waters, I don't need anyone else in this waters as well. If I want to continue living like a queen, I must destroy everyone who can become a obstacle later."

The crew exchanged uneasy glances as the captain's words hung heavily in the air. The salty breeze whipped through the ship, carrying with it the promise of danger and ambition.

"Captain, what if he's stronger than us?" one of the crewmembers, a wiry man with a nervous twitch, piped up.

The captain's eyes narrowed, her expression fierce. "Then we strategize. Strength isn't everything; it's about outsmarting your opponents. We'll use the element of surprise to our advantage. We've come too far to turn back now."

She paced the deck, her boots thudding against the wooden floor, each step echoing her determination. "Prepare the cannons and gather the weapons. We'll need every advantage we can muster. If this man is a threat, I'll take him down before he even knows we're there."

As the crew scrambled to follow her orders, the ship sliced through the waves, drawing closer to Kaitenjima Island. The captain's mind raced with thoughts of the rumored warrior. Whispers of his strength and the chaos he could unleash if left unchecked gnawed at her resolve.

"Remember," she called out, rallying her crew. "Our goal is to secure our territory. We are not just fighting for ourselves but for the future of our reign over these waters. We will not let anyone, not Luffy, nor this man, stand in our way."

The island began to take shape in the distance, its jagged cliffs looming under the setting sun. The captain felt a rush of adrenaline; the thrill of the hunt was upon them. With a final glance at her crew, she added, "Tonight, we either emerge victorious or we go down fighting. Either way, we make our mark."

As they approached the shore, the captain's thoughts turned to strategy, and she plotted their course of action for the encounter that lay ahead, ready to face whatever challenges awaited them on Kaitenjima Island.

On Kaitenjima Island

"Oh, this seems like it's gonna be fun". Said a light brown skinned boy roughly in his early 20s. He looks over the approaching shipe coming from the distance. "That must be Elara Stormrider." He said. Ugh, I was getting bored of waiting, oh well. Let's get active.

He slowly walks towards the Harbour, looks the enemy ship head on and charges up his fist with Bososhoku haki. "Now than, aqua fist." The young man uses his "water water devil fruit" ability plus his Bososhoku haki to create a giant fist made of water to attack the enemy ship.

As the massive water fist surged forward, it glistened ominously under the fading sun. Elara Stormrider stood at the helm of her ship, eyes widening in surprise. "Brace yourselves!" she shouted, her voice cutting through the chaos as she instinctively took command.

The crew scrambled to prepare the ship for impact. They knew the power of the sea could be both friend and foe, and this boy, with his devil fruit abilities, was clearly no mere opponent.

The water fist collided with the ship's side, sending a shockwave through the vessel. Wood creaked and groaned under the stress, and some crewmembers stumbled. Elara gripped the railing tightly, her mind racing. "We need to retaliate! Get the cannons ready!"

But the boy on the shore was already in motion, not waiting for them to regroup. With a confident grin, he focused his energy and summoned more water to his side. "I won't let you get away!" he shouted, forming another colossal fist. This one was even larger, swirling with power and determination.

Elara quickly assessed the situation. "All hands, aim for the boy! We can't let him keep attacking like this!" Her crew, now steadied, readied the cannons, their determination ignited by their captain's fierce spirit.

As the cannons roared to life, Elara felt the surge of adrenaline. "Fire!" The cannonballs soared through the air, cutting through the distance toward the boy.

But he was quick, his reflexes sharp. With a swift motion, he redirected his water fist to intercept the incoming projectiles. The cannonballs splashed against the water-enhanced fist, exploding into a spray of seawater.

The boy laughed, exhilarated. "Is that all you've got? This is going to be more entertaining than I thought!"

Elara grit her teeth, realizing they needed a different approach. "Get ready to board! We'll show him what it means to face us!"

With a fierce battle cry, she led her crew in a charge towards the harbor, determined to meet this challenge head-on. The clash of powers between the water-wielding boy and the fierce captain was about to ignite the shores of Kaitenjima Island.

As Elara and her crew surged toward the harbor, the boy stood his ground, confidence radiating from him. He could see the determination in their eyes, but he was equally aware of his own strength. "You want a fight? You've got it!" he shouted, channeling the energy of his Water Water Devil Fruit.

With a swift motion, he summoned a swirling torrent of water around him, using it to enhance his speed. As Elara and her crew approached, he darted forward, weaving through the chaos with agility that caught them off guard.

Elara swung her sword, aiming to cut him down, but he ducked beneath her strike, pivoting on his heel. "Aqua Fist!" he shouted, launching another massive fist of water toward her. This one slammed into her side, knocking her off balance and sending her sprawling onto the deck.

The crew gasped, their captain momentarily incapacitated. The boy seized the opportunity. With a fierce grin, he propelled himself into the fray, unleashing a flurry of water-based attacks. Each strike was amplified by his use of Busoshoku Haki, making them formidable and unpredictable.

One crew member attempted to flank him, but he countered with a swift kick that sent the man tumbling back, crashing into the railing. The boy's prowess was undeniable; he was a whirlwind of water and power, his movements fluid and precise.

Elara struggled to regain her footing, but the boy was relentless. He targeted her crew one by one, using his aqua fists to knock them down and create chaos aboard their ship. " Elara, You thought you could take me on? You underestimated me!" he taunted, his voice echoing across the harbor.

As he approached Elara, who was struggling to rise. "Who are you?"

"Me? I'm Aquilar Drakon. A bounty hunter. That 46 million bellies on your head is mine."
